An excellent restaurant
The restaurant of the residence offers the possibility to taste the local kitchen, both of meat and of fish, according to the recipes of the tradition, that use, above all, pasta and vegetables. Borgo di Campi produce the appreciate local desert wine, called Sciacchetrà, extra virgin olive oil, oil biscuits, and several typical ligurian sauces. Sitting over the wonderful terrace sea-view, the taste of the dishes is enriched by the perfumes of the surrounding vegetation, between thyme and rosemary and marjoram. From this place, the eye loses itself, from west to east, from the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, to the Alpi, to the French Coast.
